Bright and beautiful

I took this picture last week. Even though it is autumn there still are a few flowers around...

It's a grand old flag... This picture brings songs to mind... Okay, I took it at the Alaska State Fair on one of the days it was nice. By the way "State Fair" happens to be a song too! :D

This is another night shot of stars. I can't remember how many pictures this was but I think it was about 100 to 150 photos stacked.

I was playing with some night photography a few nights ago. This is a stacked image of around 75 pictures. I combined them using Image Stacker.

I took this picture the other night. The Northern lights illuminated the clouds, and gave them an interesting look.
Watching them was spectacular! 

Autumnal Grandeur

Ok, so I have been slacking in my posting again. Not as bad as last time, but still slacking. I'm hoping to change that by updating every night instead of every morning. I just got Photoshop CS2, so I have been playing around with that. It is an awesome program! This picture which I took today was actually processed in CS2. Today it was finally clear enough outside to get some mountain shots. This year the mountain has been too cloudy or hazy to get any good pics. Thankfully today was nice. Although by 2:30 the clouds had come back over the mountain again... As you can see from the trees and snow on the mountain, autumn is here and soon the snow...
