After seeing many smoke photos, and needing to find something to photograph I decided to give it a try. I shot in RAW processed in PS CS2 and inverted the color for this dramatic look. Exif: Camera Model: Canon EOS 20D Flash Used: Yes Focal Length: 55.0mm Lens: 18-55 f/3.5-5.6 II Exposure Time: 1/250 sec. Aperture: f/20.0 ISO equiv: 100 White Balance: Auto
For some reason I can not think of a good title for this photo so I will leave it bank... It was bright out today with only a few clouds, but my polarizer brought out more then I could see. It’s still cold here. Around -30 to -40 making it very fun to stay outside for an extended amount of time. Exif: Camera Model: Canon EOS 20D Flash Used: No Focal Length: 28.0mm Lens: 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 II Exposure Time: 1/40 sec. Aperture: f/8.0 ISO equiv: 100
Its cold out and I needed something to photograph inside where it’s warm. This was the result. It turned out rather interestingly. I took a long exposure and zoomed out before it finished. It’s very unique if not slightly strange... Exif: Camera Model: Canon EOS 20D Flash Used: No Focal Length: 55mm Lens: 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 II Exposure Time: 5.000 sec. Aperture: f/5.6 ISO equiv: 100
Since it is still winter and it has been dull and cold I thought I would post a flower from last summer. Its -35 degrees F and I need something to make me think of warm summer days. Not cold winter ones! Exif: Camera Model: Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z2 Flash Used: No Focal Length: 11.1mm (35mm equivalent: 67mm) Exposure Time: 1/200 sec. Aperture: f/3.2 ISO equiv: 50
I found this sign and thought that it was slightly funny that you could go the right way on wrong way. Exif: Camera Model: Canon EOS 20D Flash Used: No Focal Length: 55.0mm Lens: 18-55 f/3.5-5.6 II Exposure Time: 1/500 sec. Aperture: f/8.0 ISO equiv: 800
I meant to post this earlier, but it seemed to have gotten lost in one of my folders. This is Lance Mackey and one of his dogs just after he won the Copper Basin 300 (dog sled race). Exif: Camera Make: Konica Minolta Camera Model: DiMAGE Z2 Flash Used: No Focal length: 26mm Exposure Time: 1/160 sec. Aperture: f/3.2 ISO equiv: 50
I don't really have too much to say about this photo… It was shot in RAW and converted in PS CS2. Exif: Camera Model: Canon EOS 20D Flash Used: No Focal Length: 18.0mm Lens: 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 II Exposure Time: 1/800 Aperture: f/16.0 ISO equiv: 400
I took this yesterday with a friend of mine Markfrom Northern Exposure. Sadly by the time we got out the clouds had started to come in, but it still made for an enjoyable day.
Well I thought that there would be some more night photos, but maybe tomorrow night. It depends on if I feel like going out into the cold and if it is clear. After a lot of overcast days it was finally nice and sunny out.
The stars were out and it was clear so I though I would try my hand at some night photography. You will most likely be seeing more of these over the next few days if the weather is clear. Exif: Camera Model: Canon EOS 20D Flash Used: No Focal Length: 18.0mm (35mm equiv 28mm) Exposure Time: 862.000 sec Aperture: f/8.0 ISO equiv: 200
This is an archive post because I haven't gotten around taking to many pictures. Saturday was the Copper Basin 300 and today the race ends so I might have a small series of those photos tomorrow. Exif: Camera Model: Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z2 Flash Used: No Focal Length: 6.3mm (35mm equivalent: 38mm) Exposure Time: 1/1000 Aperture: f/4.0 ISO equiv: 50
This is frost on my screen door window. It's interesting the designs it can make. Exif: Camera Model: Canon EOS 20D Flash Used: No Focal Length: 55.0mm Lens:18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 Aperture: f/5.6 Exposure Time: 1/250 ISO equiv: 800

Yes, I got a Canon EOS 20D! All I can say is WOW! Since I got the camera last night I haven't had much time to take to many pictures with it. I'm hoping to get out today and put this beauty to the test.
